Job Title: Welder
Pay: $23.00 – $27.00 per hour
Pay Frequency: Weekly Pay
Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday (Overtime Available)
Location: Bedford, OH (On-site)

What You’ll Do
  • Perform MIG, TIG, and aluminum welding on metal components
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements
  • Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and defects
  • Operate and maintain welding equipment safely
  • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
  • Support production goals and general shop duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years welding experience required (industry experience a plus)
  • MIG, TIG, and aluminum welding skills
  • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
