We're looking for experienced MIG and TIG welders to join our production team in a fully air-conditioned facility — a rare find in the Arizona heat. At HPAG you'll be crafting the most innovative off-road truck parts on the market, in-house, made in America, and built to impress. If you love trucks, fabrication, and taking pride in precision welding, this is your place.

Shift Options

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:30pm

The Role

We're seeking a skilled, experienced Welder/Fabricator with strong MIG welding ability and hands-on TIG welding experience to build laser-cut, automated parts into complete welded assemblies from start to finish — including grinding, finishing, and quality verification. This role is primarily production MIG welding at volume, with regular use of TIG welding on select assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of steel structures per CAD print requirements
• Build complete assemblies start to finish, including grinding and finishing
• Read and interpret product schematics and verify dimensions to spec
• Track daily production build counts and flow
• Operate a variety of manufacturing tools and welding equipment per job specifications
• Ensure quality control standards are met on every weld and build
• Adhere to all safety standards

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong working knowledge of MIG and TIG welding techniques
• Experience with production welding and assembly workflows
• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, bending, cut-off saws, and grinders
• Ability to read and interpret CAD prints and product schematics
• Self-motivated and responsive to production metrics
• Team player who puts the group's success first
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 or older
• Minimum 2+ years of MIG and/or TIG welding/fabrication experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year working in a production environment
• Ability to work either 1st shift (7:00am–3:30pm) or 2nd shift (2:00pm–10:30pm)

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
