Welder - MIG/TIG

Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for MIG and TIG Welder positions with local companies in Greenville, TX!

We are a full-service staffing firm working with companies across East Texas offering full-time, part-time, and temporary opportunities. There is no fee to use our services, though placement is not guaranteed.

Position Overview

We are hiring skilled welders for both MIG (production/trailer welding) and TIG (precision stainless steel welding) roles. These positions involve working in manufacturing environments with a strong focus on quality, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

MIG Welder (Wills Point, TX):

• Perform production MIG welding on trailers
• Complete basic plate and overhead welding tasks
• Meet daily production goals (up to 48 completed trailers)
• Operate tools such as torches, grinders, and buffers
• Work in a heavy, fast-paced manufacturing environment

TIG Welder (Caddo Mills, TX – PM Shift):

• Weld outlets and stainless steel drains using TIG techniques
• Produce clean, precise welds that meet quality standards
• Follow blueprints, specifications, and welding procedures
• Train on the AM shift before transitioning to PM shift

Qualifications

• Experience with MIG and/or TIG welding (TIG required for TIG role)
• Ability to pass required weld tests (plate/overhead for MIG; precision test for TIG)
• Manufacturing/production welding experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments
• Must have proper PPE (welding hood, gloves, steel-toe boots)
• Reliable and able to work independently or on a team
