Provide welding, mechanical, and design support for troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of port and plant equipment.
Inspect, repair, and maintain machinery; diagnose and fabricate metal parts; read blueprints; and perform welding, fabrication, and basic machinery maintenance.
Requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ years experience, and welding certification.
Must have knowledge of diagnostics, mechanics, safety policies, and operate tools including forklifts, with a valid Texas driver’s license and TWIC within 30 days.
