What You'll Be Building
Custom, heavy-duty stainless steel equipment for the fertilizer industry , including:
Blenders and mixers
Bucket elevators and conveyors
Rotary drums
Custom fertilizer bins and tanks
What You'll Do
Perform stainless steel MIG welding on custom industrial equipment
Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
Weld using .035–.045 wire (flux-cored and hardwire MIG)
Weld 1/16”–1/4” material , including stainless and mild steel
Pipe, sheet, plate, and structural components
Weld in flat, vertical, and overhead positions
Complete welds inside, on, and around tanks and complex assemblies
Maintain strong quality, safety, and workmanship standards
What We're Looking For
Welding certification, diploma, or equivalent hands-on MIG welding experience
Strong blueprint reading ability
Stainless steel welding experience preferred
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Comfortable working in physically demanding positions
(bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Edina, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
