Position Requirements
Welding Expertise & Knowledge: 1–2 years of hands-on welding experience, with the ability to pass a practical welding test and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, specifications, weld symbols, and tolerances.
Physical Capability & Availability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, execute physical tasks (lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, leaning, squatting) across an 8- to 10-hour shift, and willingness to work any assigned shift.
Core Skills & Focus: Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Welding Operations & Assembly: Set up gas-shield MIG welders to weld parts per job specifications; utilize hand tools, clamps, and grinders to clamp, hold, tack-weld, heat-bend, and bolt components into finished assemblies.
Quality Control & Maintenance: Examine finished components and spare parts against blueprints and quality standards to verify tolerances; conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment.
Safety & Productivity: Meet daily production targets while maintaining strict adherence to company safety practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating gas-shield MIG welding equipment while ensuring high standards of safety and quality.
