Position Summary:The MIG Welder is responsible for performing high-quality MIG welding on metal components according to blueprints and production specifications. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of welding experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Perform MIG welding on metal components and fabricated partsRead and interpret blueprints, work orders, and welding specificationsInspect welds to ensure quality and compliance with company standardsOperate welding equipment safely and efficientlyPerform minor grinding, fitting, and finishing as neededMaintain a clean and safe work areaFollow all company safety policies and proceduresPerform other duties as assignedJob Requirements:1–2 years of MIG welding experience requiredAbility to read blueprints and use measuring toolsStrong attention to detail and quality workmanshipAbility to lift, bend, stand, and work in a manufacturing environmentReliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed
