Job Title: Aluminum Welder
Pay: $24-30/hour
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Do:
As a Shipping & Receiving / Yard Support Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Perform MIG welding on aluminum components and assemblies
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Measure, fit, and position materials for welding
• Inspect finished welds for quality, accuracy, and appearance
• Use welding equipment and hand tools safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow production, quality, and safety standards

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Previous aluminum welding experience
• Ability to read and understand basic blueprints or fabrication drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
