About the Role:
The Welder plays a critical role in the manufacturing and construction industries by creating, assembling, and repairing metal structures and components with precision and expertise. This position requires the ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to fabricate parts that meet exact standards. The Welder ensures the structural integrity and quality of welded assemblies through skilled welding techniques and thorough inspections. Collaboration with engineers, designers, and other tradespeople is essential to deliver projects on time and within budget. Ultimately, this role contributes to the successful completion of complex projects by producing durable, high-quality metal products that meet safety and performance requirements.
Night Shift Schedule:
Monday through Thursday: 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM
Friday: 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM
