Pay: $20/hr and up, based on experience and weld test
Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00am–1:30pm (5:00am–3:00pm during busy season)
Overtime: Occasional Saturdays
Job Overview
We’re looking for a skilled welder with MIG experience but if has TIG would be a plus to join our team. This role involves precision welding on thinner gauge materials used in industrial fan fabrication. Work is primarily tabletop; no pipe, no overhead, and no stick welding.
What You’ll Do
- Perform high-quality MIG welds on light-gauge materials
- Fabricate and assemble industrial fan components
- Read and follow basic blueprints or shop drawings
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of welding experience
- Ability to pass a weld test
- Attention to detail and pride in producing clean, professional welds
- High school diploma or GED preferred
