We are seeking a Welder in Odessa, TX to join our team. The role involves welding, cutting, and braze work using flame-cutting and hand welding equipment, following work order procedures and specifications. Responsibilities include fabricating and repairing metal items, monitoring welding processes to prevent damage, preparing and assembling parts, and maintaining equipment and workspace.
Ideal candidates should have a thorough understanding of welding tools and techniques, basic knowledge of design and blueprints, good reading and listening skills, and basic math skills. Requirements include at least 2 years of welding experience or certification, the ability to weld in various positions, manual dexterity, attention to detail, and physical ability to lift up to 15 pounds and navigate the work environment.
