Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Welder to join a busy manufacturing operation in Oklahoma City, OK. This position is responsible for performing MIG welding and fabrication work on a variety of metal components while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards.

The ideal Welder has previous manufacturing or fabrication experience, can read blueprints and measurements accurately, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous welding experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environment required
Experience performing MIG welding on steel and other metal materials
Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and measurements
Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic shop math
Experience operating welding and fabrication equipment safely and effectively
Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIRED
Ability to follow all company safety procedures and production standards
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform MIG welding on steel and other metal materials as required
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, specifications, and measurements
Operate welding equipment, grinders, and fabrication tools safely and efficiently
Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met
Assist with fabrication, assembly, and material handling activities as needed
Maintain production schedules while meeting quality expectations
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and work standards
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Perform additional welding and fabrication duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment
Fabrication and assembly experience
Knowledge of welding symbols and blueprint interpretation
Experience with additional welding processes is a plus
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, bend, stand, and move throughout a 12-hour shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Frequent kneeling, reaching, and repetitive movement
Comfortable working around welding equipment and industrial machinery
Work Environment
Manufacturing and fabrication facility
Exposure to welding fumes, sparks, heat, noise, and industrial equipment
Fast-paced production environment focused on quality and safety
PPE required at all times
