MIG Welder – Day Shift AvailablePenmac Staffing is hiring a MIG Welder for a full?time, temp?to?hire manufacturing position in the Independence, KS area. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with MIG welding experience who enjoy hands?on fabrication work in a fast?paced production environment.Pay & Schedule

• Day Shift and Night Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00am to 4:30pm
• Pay: Starting at $17.22 Day, and 19.22 BOE

Requirements for the MIG Welder

• MIG welding experience
• Ability to read and interpret engineering prints
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Industrial welding experience or welding training preferred
• Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check

MIG Welder Responsibilities

• Read prints to determine materials and setup
• Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy
• Remove slag, spatter, and imperfections
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Perform other duties as assigned
