    Job Description

    Description

    Overview

We’re hiring a Resistance Welder Operator / Welder to join our 2nd shift team producing custom metal assemblies for architectural projects.

This role combines operating a resistance welding machine with performing MIG tack welds to prepare assemblies for final fabrication. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone with entry to intermediate welding experience who wants to build their skills in a custom fabrication environment. While this is not a heavy fabrication role, you’ll still need to read blueprints, position components accurately, and ensure assemblies meet quality standards before moving to the next stage of production.

This is a production-focused position where consistency, attention to detail, and pride in quality are critical.
