Overview:
we are actively hiring Welders to support production operations. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced welders seeking long-term stability, competitive pay, and growth within a well-established manufacturing environment
Perform welding operations on metal components per work orders and specifications
Weld using MIG and/or TIG processes (depending on department needs)
Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and job instructions
Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and compliance with standards
Perform basic grinding, fitting, and material preparation
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
Skills and Experience:
Previous welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
MIG and/or TIG welding experience preferred
Ability to read blueprints and follow welding symbols
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
