Position Overview: We’re looking for a motivated Entry-Level Shop Welder to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role working in our shop to fabricate aluminum and steel components for our glass flooring systems. No prior welding experience required – we’ll train the right person who’s ready to learn.
What You’ll Do:
Assist in welding and fabrication of aluminum and steel frames.
Use basic shop tools and equipment.
Follow safety procedures and quality standards.
Work with our experienced fabricators to learn the trade.

Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Basic mechanical aptitude (experience with hand tools a plus).
