TradeWorX is hiring Welders for a busy fabrication shop in the Pittsburgh area. This is a long-term opportunity for welders with experience in structural steel, heavy fabrication, or industrial manufacturing. Work is performed entirely indoors in a professional shop environment with consistent hours and opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities
Perform MIG and Flux-Core welding on structural steel and heavy carbon steel components
Fabricate structural frames, skids, and industrial assemblies
Read blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
Grind, prep, and assist with fit-up as needed
Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals
Follow all shop safety procedures
Qualifications
2+ years of welding experience in a fabrication, manufacturing, or structural steel environment
Experience with MIG and/or Flux-Core welding
Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings
Reliable transportation
Strong attendance and work ethic
Willingness to work overtime

Structural steel fabrication
Heavy plate welding
Industrial manufacturing or production welding
Shop fabrication experience
