Welder
Location: Sidney, OH
Shift: Monday – Friday
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM
Employment Type: Full-Time | Manufacturing Environment
Pay:$18.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
We are seeking an experienced Welder to join a growing manufacturing team in Sidney, Ohio. This role focuses on producing high-quality welded components while following established processes, blueprints, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting and be comfortable working independently on the shop floor.
Set up welding jobs and follow established production processes
Manufacture parts according to representative samples, templates, fixtures, blueprints, and routers
Perform in-process inspections to ensure quality and accuracy
Accurately record production times and job details
Handle raw materials and finished products safely
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Perform basic equipment maintenance and care
Operate a tow motor (forklift) as needed
2+ years of welding experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
TIG welding experience preferred (MIG experience a plus)
Ability to pass a written and hands-on weld test (H (2F) position with multiple weld sizes)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding prints
Experience operating or ability to learn tow motor / forklift operation
