Pay Rate: $20.78 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding procedures
• Proficient in MIG welding steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
• Experience using measuring tools, including calipers, tape measures, and weld gauges
• Familiarity with fabrication equipment such as grinders and cutting torches
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality welds
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• High school diploma or GED preferred; welding certification or technical training is a plus
• Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE

Job Duties:

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications
• Set up welding equipment and adjust machine settings for production requirements
• Perform MIG welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel components
• Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Operate grinders, cutting torches, and other fabrication equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on welding equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality goals
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Perform additional welding and fabrication duties as assigned
