Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime available during peak summer months

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Welder to join a growing team in Springville, UT. This role is responsible for welding and fabricating metal components while maintaining high-quality workmanship and strict safety standards in a manufacturing environment. Candidates must be able to pass a 3G weld test (required) and have strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding and fabrication on metal components and structures
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders
• Operate welding equipment, grinders, and fabrication tools
• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal parts as needed
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and production requirements

Qualifications:

• 3G weld test required
• Previous welding and fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and work from measurements
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
