Job Summary: Chase Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Welder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for layout, assembling, aligning, and welding structural and high-pressure piping systems of four mechanical rooms located beneath dormitory buildings.
Schedule: Monday-Saturday 6:00AM-4:30PM
Pay Range: $36.00-$38.00/hr
Responsibilities:
Layout, fabricate, assemble, fit and weld piping systems according to blueprints, ISOs, and schematics.
Utilize specialized tools (high-low gauges, alignment pins, clamps) to ensure precise fit-up before welding
Safely execute rigging and lifting plans for piping materials, strictly adhering to site safety protocols.
Maintain, organize, and secure tools and company-issued equipment
Collaborate effectively with site-supervisors, quality control inspectors, and fellow tradespeople.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience specifically in the piping and industrial field.
Minimum of 2 years of formal experience as an apprentice.
Must possess current, Rigging Certifications to safely handle, signal and secure materials and pipe spools.
