Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop welding skills and process
- Basic welding in GTAW and GMAW in at least the flat position (1G)
- Blueprint reading
- Use all types of measuring devices
- Adhere to company policies and safety requirements
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Abilities:
- Requires the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
- Strong collaborative and accommodation tendencies
- Ability to multi-task
- Computer literate, with experience with Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Effective written & verbal communication skills are required
Qualifications: High School diploma, or equivalent
To learn the welding processes and progress to a certified welder.
