Welder

We are hiring skilled welders for our manufacturing team in Virginia Beach, VA. This full-time, contract-to-hire role offers competitive pay from $18 to $35 per hour, with day and night shifts available.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, wire, spot welding, and oxy/acetylene torch work.
• Fabricating and assembling components like I-beams, frames, and fuel tanks in different positions.
• Reading blueprints and specifications accurately.
• Preparing materials, setting up equipment, and finishing products with hand tools.
• Inspecting welds, maintaining equipment, and conducting quality and pressure tests.
• Tracking work and reporting safety or production concerns.

• Requirements:

• At least 2 years of manufacturing welding experience.
