Location: Donora, PA Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm No Travel Required Pay: $18-25/hr

Position Overview
As a Welder, you'll be responsible for welding components in accordance with established procedures, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting overall production goals.
Key Responsibilities
Weld materials using MIG/MMA processes
Read and interpret engineering drawings
Perform grinding and steel preheating using a torch
Operate cranes and/or forklifts to move materials
Perform visual welding inspections and qualification tests
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
Follow all safety protocols and report any issues or non-conformities
Requirements
Ability to read a tape measure quickly and accurately
Comfortable lifting and carrying 50+ lbs
Able to work an 8-hour shift in a warm environment
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Strong attention to detail to minimize scrap
Prior welding experience required (MIG/MMA)
