What You’ll Do as a Welder:- Perform TIG welding assignments according to project specifications
- Work with the area lead to complete jobs and meet production timelines
- Review and understand welding and fabrication project requirements
- Ensure department standards and production schedules are maintained
- Conduct quality assurance inspections throughout the welding process
- Follow established safety, quality, and operating procedures
What You Need to Bring to the Welder Role:- TIG welding experience is required
- 2+ years of experience in a fabrication environment
- Experience with drilling, welding, and using various hand tools
- Ability to use measuring instruments such as tape measures and combination squares
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently with or without reasonable accommodations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to follow SOPs, quality standards, and safety practices
- D1 certification preferred
