Location: Wilton, IA
Shift: 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Pay: $20.70/hr.

Join our team in Wilton, IA, and perform welding, assist production, and support plant operations in a safety-focused environment. As a Welder/Utility Operator, you’ll enjoy steady work, overtime opportunities and weekly pay. 

Job Duties: 

• Perform MIG welding on steel parts and assemblies according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work orders
• Set up welding equipment and adjust settings as needed
• Inspect welds for quality, strength, and accuracy
• Grind, cut, and prepare materials prior to welding
• Assist multiple departments with production tasks and material handling
• Operate basic machinery, hand tools, and material-handling equipment
• Load, unload, and move steel materials safely
• Perform general labor tasks, including cleanup and housekeeping
• Support machine operators with setups, material changes, and production flow

Requirements: 

• 
  Welding experience (MIG preferred) and basic mechanical skills
