We are seeking a dependable and skilled Welder for an onsite opportunity in Woburn, MA. This role involves performing welding tasks in a steel or industrial shop environment while maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on MIG welding experience, be able to read blueprints, and work effectively in a team setting.
Perform MIG welding on steel and other materials as required
Read and interpret simple blueprints and weld symbols
Weld in flat, horizontal, and vertical positions
Use measuring tools to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly
Follow work instructions and safety procedures at all times
Inspect completed welds for quality and consistency
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Basic welding experience in a steel or industrial shop environment
Ability to read simple blueprints and weld symbols
Experience welding in flat, horizontal, and vertical positions
Ability to pass the company welding test
Comfortable using measuring tools accurately
Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in standard shop conditions
