Welders and Fitters

We are seeking an experienced Lead Fabricator, Fitter, and Welder. The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in reading blueprints and possess a strong mechanical aptitude. For the right candidate, there are opportunities for advancement to help with administration & management of the shop.

• Minimum of 4 years relevant experience
• Experience working with both standard and specialized equipment, including but not limited to: Table Saw, Drill, Grinder, Welding equipment, Plasma Cutter, and Metal Brake
• Follow OSHA and internal safety guidelines
• Demonstrate attention to detail with high-quality focus
• Able to work alone or in a small team with minimal supervision
• Flexible to changing requirements and/or job duties
• Able to meet schedules and deadlines
• Prioritize organization & general workspace housekeeping
• Proven demonstration of the values of Integrity, Respect, Hard Work, and Safety First
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Able to bend, kneel, climb, crouch, reach overhead, grasp, push, and pull RequiredExperience:
• Experience with some or all of: shear, press brake, iron worker, burn table, lathe, and end mill/Bridgeport.- Computer and CAD skills are a plus
