Lingo Staffing is now hiring Welders in the Lake Mary, FL area to start ASAP!


Welders- Responsible for cutting, joining, and repairing metal components using a variety of welding equipment and techniques. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings, and a commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.


Pay & Schedule:
  • $20.00 – 25.00 Hourly (Based on Experience)
  • 2nd shift: Monday – Thursday – 2:30PM – 1:00AM.
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed.


Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and measurements
  • Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing or welding experience preferred
  • Determine the appropriate welding methods and equipment based on project requirements
  • Set up and prepare components for welding according to specifications
  • Operate angle grinders and other tools to prepare metal surfaces
  • Align and clamp components using measuring tools such as calipers and rulers
  • Perform welding using manual or semi-automatic equipment in vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions
  • Repair machinery and metal components by welding and filling gaps
  • Inspect welded surfaces and structures to identify defects or flaws
  • Maintain welding equipment and ensure safe operating conditions
  • Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE
  • Experience with TIG, MIG, MMA, or other welding processes preferred
  • Ability to use electrical and manual fabrication tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English
  • AWS Certification is a plus
  • CWI or CRAWL certification is a major plus
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand, bend, crouch, and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods
