Global Power Components is Now Hiring Welders of all skill levels.
Located on 51st & Lincoln Ave

1st & 2nd Shift. Flexible hours. Overtime is available (work up to 60 hours / week) but not mandatory.

We offer competitive pay and great benefits.

$18+ / Hour depending on Experience.

Requirements:

Some Welding Experience. (High School or Trade School training will work!)
Ability to read a tape measure.
Ability to pass a Pre-employment Physical.

Responsibilities:

Welding I-Beam Frame and Fuel Tanks in flat/vertical overhead positions. The sheet metal thickness will range from 10 gauge up to inch.
Clamp, hold, tack-weld, grind or bolt component parts to obtain required configurations and positions for welding
Position and secure workpieces, using hoists, cranes, wire and banding machines or hand tools
Inspect products/equipment for defects/malfunctions
