Job Title: Mig Welder - 2nd Shift
Location: Piedmont, South Carolina 29673
Hourly Rate: $21
Schedule: 2:15pm - 10:45pm, Mon-Fri w/OT as needed
Job OverviewPerform MIG welding to join, fabricate, and repair metal components using appropriate welding techniques and equipment, while following safety procedures and quality standards.
What Youll Do- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and drawings to determine welding requirements
- Operate MIG welding equipment and support tools according to production standards
- Inspect completed welds to verify fit, alignment, and structural quality
- Troubleshoot and adjust welding/machine setup to address operational issues
- Follow all safety procedures, use required PPE, and maintain a clean work area
- Participate in continuous improvement activities, including 5S and process improvements
