Competencies:
Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Welding and Joining Technology or related field, or industry experience, or specialized/related training with an emphasis on demonstrated competencies and achievements. Three years paid work experience in-field within the past seven years. Work experience must include the competencies, skills and knowledge levels included in the welding instructional program. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Associate’s Degree or some college or specialized training with an emphasis on demonstrated competencies and achievements found in the Welding Technology Program, or Related Welding Training programs.
