The Welding Associate is responsible for assembling high-quality railing products through welding and fabrication.
- Interpret blueprints and perform TIG, Stick, and other welding types to meet project standards.
- Execute field installation welds on sheeting and posts.
- Select appropriate fillers, collaborate with field crews, and manage resources to ensure efficient, top-quality installations.
- Perform de-burring and grinding to achieve smooth surface finishes.
Physical requirements: Safely lift equipment up to 50 pounds and work standing up to 10 hours daily.
Experience and education: High school diploma or GED preferred; minimum 1 year TIG welding experience required; valid welding certification desirable; experience with power tools and safety procedures; willingness to travel up to 300 miles.
