Location: Ariton, AL

Pay Rate: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour

Requirements:

• Previous welding and fabrication experience required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical plans
• Strong MIG, TIG, or fabrication welding skills
• Experience cutting, grinding, cleaning, and preparing metal materials
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
• Good mathematical skills, including basic algebra, measurements, and calculations
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to differentiate colors accurately
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and perform fabrication tasks throughout the shift

Job Duties:

• Fabricate and weld metal components according to blueprints and specifications
• Prepare materials for welding by cutting, grinding, cleaning, and fitting parts
• Perform all phases of metal fabrication and assembly
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication and weld quality
• Provide feedback on assembly methods, material usage, fixture design, and fabrication processes
• Design and build fixtures and jigs as needed to support production
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and specification requirements are met
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Follow company safety standards and welding procedures
