We are seeking experienced Fitter Welders to join a fabrication team producing stainless and structural exhaust panels for turbines and intake filtration systems. This role requires strong fit-up skills and the ability to produce high-quality welds in a production environment. Weld Test Requirement
3G MIG
3G Flux Core (FCAW)
Key Responsibilities
Fit up and weld stainless steel and structural components
Fabricate exhaust panels and intake filtration panels
Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
Ensure proper alignment, fit-up, and weld quality
Maintain production and safety standards
Inspect work to ensure compliance with specifications
Keep work area clean and organized
Requirements
Previous experience as a Fitter Welder
Ability to pass a 3G MIG & Flux Core weld test
Experience working with stainless steel and structural materials
Strong attention to detail and workmanship
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
