Welding Foreman
Trillium construction is now hiring a welding foreman in Ramsey, MN!
Job responsibilities:
- Manage crews and projects across various sites, weld structural steel to AWS code and take full ownership of safety, quality and production.
- Perform welding of MIG, FCAW, and SMAW. AWS Cert is required
- Read, interpret and execute work from blueprints, shop drawings
- Plan daily manpower, work sequencing and jobsite logistics
- Ensure all welds pass visual and special inspections
- Take full responsibility for tools, welding machines and equipment condition.
- Commercial and Industrial projects
Pay: $37.50/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday 40 hours a week
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of structural steel welding experience
- 3+ years of experience running crews as a foreman
- AWS Certified Welder or CWI
- Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to pass pre-employment screenings
