Position Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Welding / Metal Fabrication Shop Supervisor to lead a small team of welders (2–3 employees) in producing standard and custom dumbwaiter systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a small welding/fabrication team
- Assign daily work tasks and ensure production schedules are met
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings and job cards
- Ensure products are built accurately to customer specifications
- Provide guidance on welding methods and best practices
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive shop environment
- Promote teamwork, communication, and a positive workplace culture
Qualifications
- Strong welding and metal fabrication skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to pass welding certification (company testing provided if needed)
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Pay Range: $26.44 – $40.87 per hour (based on experience)
