At Arctic Snow and Ice, your day starts where design meets production. Over morning coffee, you’ll sync with R&D, Quality, and Production to prioritize the next set of improvements. By mid-morning, you’re modeling a robust fixture in SolidWorks and updating WPS/PQR documentation to align to AWS/ASME standards. After lunch, you’re programming a CNC laser or press brake, tuning a robotic MIG cell for repeatable weld quality, and coaching a technician through a time-and-motion study to shave seconds off a critical operation. Before the day ends, you’ll collaborate with Project Managers to track resources and timelines, and you’ll document a corrective action from a weld root-cause analysis so tomorrow’s parts ship right the first time.
