Your Background

• Experience as a Welding Supervisor or comparable role within manufacturing.
• Comprehensive knowledge of welding techniques, base/filler materials, and shop equipment.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Proficiency reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Analytical, detail-oriented problem solver.
• Skilled communicator with strong interpersonal abilities.
• AWS/ASME welding certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in welding technology or related field is a plus.
