Welding Support Assistant
In this early-career role, you'll help support a demo lab and customer demos. Develop your knowledge of robotic welding and industrial automation. This position is a great opportunity for a welder with some hands-on experience, such as a recent welding school graduate. Someone who is interested in learning robotics and growing into a more technical role over time.
The primary focus of the position is keeping the demo lab clean, organized, properly stocked, and ready for customer demos. The role includes regular physical work such as cleaning, organizing, managing scrap material, and moving and coordinating customer parts.

What You'll Be Doing
- Organize the entire demo lab area, including shelves, work areas, equipment, and tools
- Perform daily cleaning of the lab and organize scrap welding materials
- Make sure everything is properly set up and ready for customer demos
- Keep robotic systems clean, organized, presentable, and looking as they should
- Coordinate and schedule customer demonstrations by providing hands-on support
- Develop knowledge of robotic welding systems, welding processes, and industrial automation
- Assist with product feature testing and evaluation as your skills develop
- Participate in weld development and process improvement projects as responsibilities grow
- Support engineering and technical teams with application-related activities
