Hiring experienced welders with a background in semiconductor or cleanroom construction for a temporary-to-hire Welding Technician position in North Phoenix, AZ (TSMC site). Salary ranges from $38-$45/hour DOE, with an ASAP start.

Perform automated orbital welding on stainless steel and high-purity tubing to semiconductor standards.
Assist with pipe fitting, mechanical installs, and read isometric drawings for pipe layouts.
Operate orbital welding equipment, ensuring quality and safety compliance.
Work in cleanroom environments following contamination control procedures.
Collaborate with teams to maintain schedules and reduce rework.

Qualifications include 3+ years of orbital or automated welding experience, familiarity with tubing prep and stainless steel welding, and ability to interpret blueprints. Candidates must have U.S. work authorization; OSHA certification is a plus. Extended hours may be required during peak construction periods.
