We’ll train you thoroughly so you can focus on mentoring and inspiring.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver Lincoln Tech’s accredited Welding Technologies curriculum, building a strong foundation in theory and application.
• Coach students through intensive, hands-on practice in our fully equipped welding facility.
• Model and enforce safety protocols and industry standards every step of the way.
• Promote professionalism, accountability, and continual skill development.
• Keep classes energetic and engaging to motivate learners at every level.
• Assess performance regularly and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Prepare students for in-demand careers in Welding Technology.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of field experience in Pipe Welding and/or Structural Welding, including:
  • GMAW (MIG)
  • GTAW (TIG)
  • SMAW (Stick)
  • FCAW (Flux-cored arc)
  • Plasma Cutting
