Job Title: Well Services Field Specialist
Location: New Iberia, LA 70560
Duration: 3 months (possible extension)
Pay Rate: $35 $50/hr on W2
Rotation: 3 Weeks On / 3 Weeks Off - 40 hours/week + Overtime

Job Summary

The WS Field Specialist WIT (Well Intervention Technology) is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable services to customers while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and completed on time.
• Execute service delivery activities at the wellsite.
• Participate in job risk assessments and continuous improvement programs.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Promote company products and services.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, company, and regulatory standards.
• Conduct self-assessments and wellsite inspections.
• Participate in Service Quality Meetings and implement action plans.
• Support HSE and Quality initiatives.
• Wear required PPE and follow all HSE policies.
• Maintain all required safety training and certifications.
