Are you passionate about supporting people to live independently and improve their wellbeing?
We are looking for a dedicated Wellbeing Worker to join our Care and Support team within Health and Adult Services.
As a Wellbeing Worker, you will provide direct practical and emotional support to adults receiving social care. Working under the guidance of qualified professionals, you will help individuals identify recovery-focused goals and connect with community resources to enhance their sense of purpose, identity, and self-esteem.
You will support people with mental health needs, those accessing community social care, and individuals involved in intermediate care. Your role will include:

A full enhanced DBS check is required. You must be able to travel independently across a rural area and be flexible to work outside normal business hours if needed.
