Description
Essential Job Functions:
Supply guests with information on services available on property.
Assist guests following service essentials and direct guests to tables.
Answer phones and direct calls appropriately.
Ensure guests in each station are being properly attended.
Handle initial complaints and informs manager on duty.
Ensure a safe environment for fellow employees and guests.
Remain current on casino/resort events and hours of operation for all F&B outlets.
Utilize proper procedures and documentation for transactions.
Ensure bank is counted and balanced with cage.
Complete and submit related paperwork.
Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.)
Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.
Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities Required: Ability to communicate effectively with others; understands and complies with all company and departmental rules and regulations.
Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing Required: May be required to obtain an Indiana Alcohol Beverage permit.
