Wellness Clerk

Department: Wellness
Reports to: Wellness Manager

Summary

Assists customers with wellness product needs and keeps the department clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate and choose supplements and personal care items.
• Restock shelves and ensure accurate labeling and rotation.
• Maintain cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Support inventory counts and displays.
• Refer complex questions to Wellness Manager.

Qualifications

• Interest or background in health and wellness products.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Performance Expectations

• Customer Service: No incidents of three stars or less in customer reviews.
• Safety: Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Merchandising: Help the department achieve 95% or better in merchandising audits.
• Profit: Help the store meet or beat profit budget.
