Wellness Clerk

Reports to: Wellness ManagerSummary
Assists customers with wellness product needs and keeps the department clean, organized, and well-stocked.Responsibilities
- Help customers locate and choose supplements and personal care items.
- Restock shelves and ensure accurate labeling and rotation.
- Maintain cleanliness and merchandising standards.
- Support inventory counts and displays.
- Refer complex questions to Wellness Manager.
Qualifications
- Interest or background in health and wellness products.
- Retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Performance Expectations
- Customer Service: No incidents of three stars or less in customer reviews.
- Safety: Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Merchandising: Help the department achieve 95% or better in merchandising audits.
- Profit: Help the store meet or beat profit budget.
