Description
Large managed care company is looking for a Wellness Coach to answer walk-in questions and assist the Cast Member with connecting them to any of the Disney benefits for services they provide their employees as well as community-based programs. This is a short-term contract position.
JOB SUMMARY
The Wellness Coach will build trust and rapport with Disney employees and leaders at their dedicated worksite to help facilitate culture change in all areas of well-being. This client-facing role will be onsite full-time with the ability to travel to any of Disney’s properties at Disney’s request. The Coach will serve as a wellness benefit concierge, providing referrals and education that support both emotional and physical well-being. The Coach is committed to addressing the employee’s barriers to care including social determinants of health by helping the employees navigate and schedule all healthcare appointments or connect to community resources to meet their needs.

PAY: $36.00
CONTRACT DATES: 9/2/26 - 11/25/26
HOURS: Must able to accommodate at least one of the below schedules. This is a temp assignment for 11-17 weeks aiming for a 9/8/2026 start - 4 days of training
7 am – 5:30 pm PST Tues – Fri
8:30 am – 7 pm PST Mon – Thurs
8:30 am – 7 pm PST Fri, Sat, Sun & 7 am – 5:30 pm Mon
RESPONSIBILITIES
Guide members to Disney’s online portal to enroll in medical benefit
Proactive and responsive to employee needs in a friendly and professional manner
Provide referrals and social support to appropriate well-being resources, programs, and health care services
Connect to local services and community resources to address specific needs
Schedule telephonic coaching and onsite coaching and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) appointments
Meet with local leaders and offer to speak at their team meetings to help bring awareness to the Coach role and other programming as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in health education, health promotion, or health related field
Spanish Bilingual to support Disney’s employees (Cast Members)
2+ years’ experience in workplace health and wellness programming
Understanding and sensitivity to multi-cultural communities
Highly sociable and comfortable initiating conversations
Strong team player, capable of accomplishing program goals
