The Wellness Coach I provides prevention and early intervention services that promote the behavioral health and overall well-being of students and families. In coordination with licensed or credentialed staff, the Wellness Coach I supports the delivery of school-based wellness initiatives through direct student engagement, implementation of structured wellness curricula, and coordination of family and community outreach activities. This entry-level position emphasizes cultural responsiveness, teamwork, and support for the social-emotional development of students.

Associate's degree or higher in psychology, social work, human services, child development, education, or related field. Certified Wellness Coach I or equivalent certification through the California Department of Health Care Access and Information (HCAI) required or obtainable within six months of hire.
