Wellness Coaching Lead Analyst – Bilingual Well-Being Navigator

Position Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual Well-Being Navigator to support employees and leaders at a dedicated workplace site in Orlando. This client-facing position focuses on building trust, promoting overall well-being, connecting employees with healthcare and community resources, and helping individuals overcome barriers to care.
The Well-Being Navigator serves as a wellness benefit concierge, providing education, referrals, appointment scheduling, and support related to emotional, physical, and social well-being. The ideal candidate is friendly, approachable, culturally sensitive, independent, and comfortable proactively engaging employees.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement & Navigation
- Build strong relationships and rapport with employees and leaders.
- Proactively engage employees in conversations about their health and well-being needs.
- Provide referrals and education regarding wellness programs, healthcare services, and community resources.
- Help employees identify and overcome barriers to care, including social determinants of health.
- Assist employees with scheduling healthcare appointments and connecting with appropriate resources.
- Follow up on referrals to ensure employee needs have been addressed.
- Schedule onsite Employee Assistance Program (EAP) appointments and eligible telephonic coaching.
- Assist employees with downloading apps and registering for wellness programs.
- Help employees navigate online benefit portals and understand available resources.
- Address employee questions and concerns or connect them with the appropriate department.
Wellness Program Support
- Meet with local leaders and participate in team meetings to promote the Navigator program.
- Distribute wellness program materials and educational resources.
- Support wellness initiative campaigns and communications.
- Maintain flexibility to respond to the evolving needs of the employee population.
Documentation
- Accurately document education, referrals, and services provided.
- Maintain required records and tracking information.
- Provide timely feedback regarding program goals, objectives, and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in Haitian Creole and English.
- Bachelor's degree in Health Education, Health Promotion, or a related health field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in workplace health and wellness programming.
- Understanding and sensitivity when working with multicultural communities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly, approachable personality with the ability to naturally initiate conversations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain employee confidentiality.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Experience with corporate wellness resources, particularly Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), is highly desirable.
- Must be local to the Orlando area and able to commute to the assigned worksite.
- Must be able to accommodate at least one of the required schedules.
Schedule Options
Candidates must be available for at least one of the following schedules:
- Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM EST
Wednesday & Friday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST - Tuesday–Saturday: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM EST
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM EST
Schedule flexibility is important throughout the temporary assignment.
Training
Training will be approximately 4–5 days and will primarily be completed from home, with an onsite component for a property/backstage tour and orientation.
Interview Process

- Interview panel consisting of at least two team members
This is an onsite, employee-facing wellness position requiring strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to proactively connect with people.
