The Wellness Coordinator is a civilian position appointed by the Sheriff and reporting to the Chief Deputy. This role is responsible for creating, managing, and growing ACSO's first employee wellness program, and ensuring it remains on the cutting edge of law enforcement wellness. The coordinator will design the program framework, oversee peer wellness efforts, manage the wellness app, coordinate health screenings and resources, and collaborate with internal and external partners to support the overall well-being of ACSO employees and their families.

Essential Functions
Job Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in psychology, sociology, social work, human behavior or a related field from an accredited college or university;
Hold a current Idaho license as one of the following:
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
Experience working within law enforcement or with law enforcement employees.
